- Address issues within the Council regarding the role of Appraisals in Managing Performance.
- Ensure Appraisals are conducted in a confidential manner and comply with GDPR obligations.
About the trainer
Chris Moses
Chris Moses LLM Chartered FCIPD is Managing Director of Personnel Advice & Solutions Ltd. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and has a Master’s Degree in Employment Law. He has worked with Town and Parish Council for almost twenty years, providing practical HR advice and support, and currently works with ten county associations across England to help support their Members.
