This webinar is part of a series of sessions for parish and
town councils in Suffolk affected by Nationally Significant Infrastructure
Projects (NSIPS). Whether you are new to NSIPs or have more experience of the
process, we are covering themes that are relevant to all. Join us on Monday 16 November on Zoom, 6.30pm, for a one-hour
webinar which will introduce the process NSIPs need to go through to secure
planning permission from Central Government. We welcome speaker Councillor Paul Collins of Theberton
& Eastbridge Parish Council, who will deliver a presentation
covering some of the key skills needed for participating effectively in
the NSIP planning process, and influence the final development. From
negotiation with developers to impactful representation of the community's
voice, Cllr Collins will share useful information based on his own involvement
in the Sizewell C planning process. The presentation will be 30 minutes, followed by 30 minutes for
Q&As. The session will consist of, and cover matters including: - Background to Paul’s involvement in the Sizewell
C planning process.

The NSIP process is complex and time consuming, but this
webinar aims to provide practical, informative and easy-to-understand insight. Add this webinar to your calendar in the top right

share with councils and stakeholders after the webinar. Q&As will not be
recorded for confidentiality reasons, and cameras and audio will be off for the
