A Knowledge Champions maintains an overview of key topic areas on behalf of SALC, helping to ensure that the advice and guidance we provide to councils is consistent, accurate, and up to date. They will also play an important role in encouraging collaboration and meaningful, supportive interaction, creating a culture where we learn from one another and share what works best.

This approach streamlines the management of requests and ensures every enquiry is matched with the right Knowledge Champion for the topic or area of expertise. This means you get the most relevant advice and support quickly and efficiently.

Accessing a Knowledge Champion
To access a Knowledge Champion:
- Submit your request through enquiries on the SALC member portal
- Your enquiry will be reviewed and assigned to the most appropriate Knowledge Champion.
- The Knowledge Champion will respond with make contact with you directly to offer guidance, resources, and follow-up support if needed.
