These forums will offer councils a chance to hear the latest news from Suffolk Highways on a range of topics to ensure improved communications.

This forum is to assist town and parish councils understanding with how road works are managed.

It is anticipated that the forum will cover the key activities of the Network Assurance Team:

• Permitting and coordinating     road works

• Types of traffic management     and how these are selected

• Monitoring and auditing of road     works and reinstatements

• Communication and access to     information (e.g. One.network)

Councils will have the chance to ask questions and these will be collated prior to the forum.
