These forums will offer councils a chance to hear the latest news from Suffolk Highways on a range of topics to ensure improved communications.

This forum is to provide town and parish councils with information on how Suffolk Highways deal with highway drainage and flooding.

It is anticipated that the forum will provide information on:

• Budgets and flood register

• Cyclic activities

• Reactive response to flooding         and reports of flooding

• Planned works and prioritisation

• S19 works undertaken and         planned following Storm Babet         in October 2023

• Communication (e.g. socials,         access to cyclic and planned         programmes)

Councils will have the chance to ask questions and these will be collated prior to the forum.
