Smaller Authorities Audit Appointments (SAAA) is working on a project, with our partners, to introduce a web-based portal for the submission of elements of the Annual Governance & Accountability Return (AGAR). 

This hour session will provide valuable information to find out about accessing the new system and will tell you what you will need to do in 2027 to submit your council's AGAR using the new system.
