This is session 2 of a two part basics course for councillors - session 1 should be booked separately.  It is recommended that session 1 is completed before session 2.

This workshop is made up of two workshops - to be booked separately and each session costs £35 +VAT per delegate 

Our councillor basics training is made up of two workshops which are held on separate dates and each can be booked to provide flexibility and choice.

Lasting two hours, the combined sessions will cover the basics to enable new councillors to learn about the key aspects of their role.

The workshops are also ideal for existing councillors to refresh their knowledge too. 

SALC has designed a development pathway for councillors to help individuals plan how to grow their knowledge and utilise a range of resources already available across the sector.
