 scribe recent changes to the Planning Act 2008 and how these affect the NS
 IP process. We welcome speaker Emyr Thomas\, Partner and Parliamentary Age
 nt at Sharpe Pritchard LLP who will give a 30-minute presentation\, follow
 ed by 30 minutes for Q&As. The session will consist of\, and cover matters
