The National Employers for Local Government Services has made a full and final pay offer to trades unions of a one-year (1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026) offer - click on this link to view the full and final pay offer.
With effect from 1 April 2025, a proposed increase of 3.20 per cent will be paid as a consolidated, permanent addition to all NJC pay points. A response from the trade unions is awaited. We will continue to provide updates on any developments.
